Most Famous "Bolón"
Ecuador means Bolón! This might be the most traveled dish we have! Can you do it? Should be easy with this steps!
Ingredients:

1 TropicFruit® Fresh Green Plantain

200 Gr of Mozzarella Cheese

Salt on your preference.

A teaspoon of Olive Oil, or the one of your preference
Preparation:
- Peel and cut the Cimexport's Green Plantain into two equal pieces
- In a pot over medium heat, add water and a tablespoon of salt.
- Add the plantain and boil for 20 minutes
- Remove the plantain from the water and mash it until you get a dough-like consistency
- Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the dough and the grated cheese.
- Shape it into a ball with your hands, and it's ready!
PROTip: If you would like this to be awesome add some Fried Pork Belly in small squares to this ball, you won't regret it!
